Heated pool was amazing! Wi-Fi was slow at times, but staff helpful with luggage.

Magnificent and perfect position in the very nice area, near to the beach restaurants and shops. Great value breakfast and plenty of goodies.

Neat hotel with friendly multilingual staff in reception desk. Great modern and brand-new room with a large bathroom. The location was excellent - close to restaurants and cafes. Found in a very nice area:)))

Request extra blankets during cooler nights for added comfort, and explore the live cooking stations for delicious, freshly prepared meals.

Truly enjoyed the way our family room with great views over the resort was. The staff was amazingly great and courteous, some of them especially. The setting was stunning, adjacent to all the restaurants, shops & supermarkets and restaurants and bars close to the beach.

The room had not very good views.

Hotel was and is still partially renovated. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bathroom is very large. The equipment is very modern. The pools are large and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very central, many good restaurants within walking distance. Will come again . :-)

At the moment there is still construction work, as the remaining rooms are still being renovated, so the construction noise was a bit annoying.

A hidden gem of tranquility

The staff, always friendly, were genuinely helpful.

Unfortunately, the lack of evening entertainment and the distant beach access were disappointing. It seemed like a quiet retreat, but some lively ambiance would have added to the experience.

Good breakfast buffet, but unfortunately some canned fruits (pineapple, peach).

Coffee quality unfortunately mediocre due to the 2 coffee machines.

Here's why it's a mixed review

The friendly staff made our arrival cute , and our apartment was both clean and well-equipped. Breakfast offered a good selection, and we loved the pool view from our balcony.

We found limited evening entertainment options .

Excellent breakfast, very courteous, friendly and helpful staff. There was nothing missing. Fantastic location, and infrastructure. Absolutely recommendable. . This resort deserves 4 stars!!!!

There is nothing, but also nothing to complain about

At the moment they are renovating while the pool is running, I didn't mind, but if you want to spend the whole day at the pool, maybe you do! Otherwise super nice new renovated rooms
